Our client provides Quality Logistics & Project Management services to industries including Government, Hospitality and Corporate's. The scope ranges from minor ongoing works to highly complex project delivery, placement, and installation of joinery.
**Fantastic opportunity available for a Projects Administrator**
Providing Administration support to the Project Managers, Operations and Senior management. This is a varied role that ensures project costs are captured and managed in line with the individual projects. The role is to support senior management by capturing the individual costs, reconciliation and processing payments.
Monday to Friday | Salary $65,000 + super | 9am to 5pm | Footscray Location
**Duties Include but not limited to**:
- Reconciliation of bank accounts in Xero (accounts payable & receivable)
- Allocation of project costs
- Assist in processing payroll
- Invoicing of completed project works
- Maintain compliance documents
- Other duties as requested by management.

**We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a previous office administration role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- High problem-solving skills are essential
- Professional and Punctual
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team following internal policies & procedures
- Comfortable working in a changing environment as no two projects are the same.
- **Proficient use of IT systems - Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc**.
- **Experience with Accounting software - XERO accreditation is highly regarded**:
- **Exposure to Job management software an advantage - preferably AroFlo**
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
