**About the Role**:
The Support Officer, Accommodation works within an environment of ongoing change with a whole of department scope and is responsible for providing accurate timely expert advice and information on all corporate office accommodation policies and guidelines relating to property management.

The Support Officer, Accommodation supports the Corporate Accommodation team with the provision of a range of leasing functions and property management activities within the agency that contributes to meeting departmental policies and goals.

The Support Officer, Accommodation is responsible for managing corporate accommodation requests and enquiries relating to maintenance, office accommodation issues, soft facilities management services, invoicing, and security access cards.

The Support Officer, Accommodation is responsible for the provision of a flexible and specialised property advice and management to ensure Asset and Facilities Management meets its operational goals and objectives through effective work practices.

**Qualifications**:
Essential: Nil.

Desirable: Diploma and/or similar qualification in Property

**Special Conditions**:
Based at the Education Support Hub - 8 Milner Street Hindmarsh SA 5007

You will need a current driver’s licence and be willing to drive.

Out of hours work may be required.

You need to achieve mutually agreed performance goals.

You must do ‘Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect - Education and care’ training.

You must be an Australian resident or provide evidence you have a current work permit.

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO3 $65,606 - $69,919 **per annum.**
