**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Product team to develop captivating cruise itineraries that align with market demands and company objectives.
- Work closely with the Groups department to tailor cruise packages that cater to the specific needs and interests of various group sizes and types.
- Research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously enhance our cruise offerings.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals for group travel arrangements.
- Ensure all logístical aspects of cruise packages are meticulously planned, from transportation and accommodation to onboard activities and excursions.
- Monitor the performance of cruise packages, gather insights, and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling promotional materials and sales strategies that highlight the unique value of our cruise products.

**Qualifications**:

- MUST HAVE previous travel industry experience (cruising preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using travel industry software and tools for itinerary planning, booking, and analytics.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, seamless customer experiences.
