About the Role

As a Travel Security Specialist at Flight Centre Travel Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our global technology infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. If you have experience in vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance, we would like to hear from you.

About the Job

The Travel Security Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the remediation of security vulnerabilities across our organisation. This includes overseeing the delivery of vulnerability management services, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing regular reports on the status of vulnerability remediation activities.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance the effectiveness of vulnerability remediation efforts. Additionally, you will ensure that all vulnerability management activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements
  • 2 Years Service Delivery experience in an information technology and/or security environment
  • Experience in project coordination or project management
  • Experience with security practices and vulnerability management
  • Availability - standard office hours, however, may require outside of hours due to Global nature
