This involves planning, co-ordinating, and executing programs, including logistics, timelines, budget, venue bookings, promotion, school engagement, participant recruitment, program collateral, AV and presenting at schools.

**About the Unit**

The Integrated Innovation Network (I2N) facilitates the development of enterprise skills of students, researchers, alumni and the wider community, and supports pre-startups, startups and scaleups by connecting founders to coaching, capital, customers, and a community of entrepreneurs.

The remuneration for this position is from $86842p.a.+17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

- Strong public (in person and digital) presentation skills in a classroom or similar setting
- Proven ability to build relationships and positive rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, set appropriate goals, prioritise work, manage time and workload, pro-active problem solving and decision-making skills.

Desirable
- Experience engaging with secondary students and high schools in the delivery of educational programs
- Knowledge of technology-enabled entrepreneurship / startups, either building one or working in one would be favourable.
