**A.I.R Recruitment is growing and we’re looking for an ambitions individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator If you’re in recruitment or looking to steer your career towards recruitment, this may be the opportunity for you.**
**We will mold the role to suit your skills**

**The role**:

- Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual quotas.
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview phone screening
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Assist with quality and compliance eg ensure all licenses, qualifications, vaccination records, reference checks, medicals, police checks are uploaded to CRM.
- Assist with arranging medicals as required
- Provide administration support to the Director as required.
- Maintain company database

**What we’re looking for**:

- Results driven
- Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships
- Strong computer skills including Salesforce and Microsoft
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong desire to succeed professionally
- Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Commitment to your role and career
