**People Services Coordinator (12 month contract)**

**Work Location**:Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people

**Roster**: Monday to Friday or 8 days / 6 off

Our People Services team is after an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our team in Perth. Working a Monday to Friday or 8 days / 6 off family friendly roster, you will be responsible for generating contracts and on-boarding/offboarding employees and processing employee change of conditions. This position will be on an initial 12 month contract

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Validating and processing employee changes to conditions (e.g. transfers, promotions, roster changes etc).
- Generating letters related to change of conditions
- Creating and maintaining SuccessFactors personnel data for employees, organisational data for positions / departments
- Be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of employee data retained in multiple systems
- Upholding a high level of customer service when dealing with employee and manager requests
- Creating and generating SuccessFactors reports

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- SuccessFactors experience essential
- ServiceNow Experience
- SAP HR (PA/OM) experience
- Experience in a HR administrative role
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
