People Movement Coordinator

Perth, Australia IPA Personnel Services Full time

**PEOPLE MOVEMENT COORDINATOR AVIATION**

Location: Perth, Western Australia

**Salary**: Up to $550 per day

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels for our offshore aviation operations
- Work closely with operational teams to understand business requirements and adjust workforce planning accordingly
- Analyse staffing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Coordinate recruitment and training activities for offshore aviation staff
- Liaise with third-party contractors and suppliers to ensure staffing levels meet operational needs
- Monitor and report on workforce performance metrics to senior management
- Maintain accurate records of staffing levels and costs

**Requirements**:

- 3 years Previous experience in workforce planning within the aviation industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make decisions quickly
- Flexibility to travel offshore as required
- Experience working with HR systems and workforce planning software
