**About the Opportunity**

**Our People and Culture Team has an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Assistant to join the team The position is full time, working Monday to Friday for a 12-month contract**

The position of People and Culture Assistant supports the Human Resources operations across the organisation. This is a diverse and busy role that will work across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

You will be responsible for the coordination of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, managing data entry, onboarding, recruitment coordination and liaising with payroll. You will be the first point of contact for all HR Queries, managing the mandatory training programs and advising on company policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to get involved in everything and gain exposure across the HR remit.

**Requirements of the Role**:
You'll love being on the phone and talking to people, enjoy a fast pace environment and be keen to learn You’ll have excellent organisation and time management skills, with fantastic attention to detail. With a prompt, proactive attitude you’ll be looking for a role that will allow you to grow with a fun, supportive and friendly team.

In addition, you will have a minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or relevant qualification with at least 1 years’ experience in a HR environment.
