Join our team as a **IT Service Desk Officer**, where you will be the first point of IT support contact, assisting stakeholders and customers with IT requests, whilst also helping upskill our people's digital capability to minimise user-error.

The role also supports the wider Technology team as required and provides after hours/on-call coverage.

- You’re proficient on Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune), and Azure Active Directory
- You’re a problem solver and love working within a team.
- ITIL certification is highly regarded.
