A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Office support based in the Melbourne CBD Our client is seeking someone with a go-getter attitude who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice
**Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting all clients
- Answering incoming calls
- Liaising with the ATO and other external parties
- Lodgments of Income Tax Returns & Business Activity Statements through the ATO Portal
- Management of the client database
- Updating any missing information
- Notice of Assessments
- Following up on documentation from clients
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Scheduling appointments
- Any other adhoc administration as required
**Skills & experience**:
- **Experience within a Public Practice Accounting Firm**:
- High attention to detail
- Experience using MYOB, Xero or any other accounting package
- Passion for professional services
- Interested in furthering your career in administration
