**What You Will Be Doing**

The Administrative Assistant provides effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to Department of Anaesthesia staff, primarily the Clinical and Deputy Directors, but also Senior and Junior medical staff, Acute Pain Service and research staff and rotating medical students, respecting confidentiality at all times>

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:
Essential
- Proficiency in IT skills including Excel, Word, Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation and planning skills
- Self management and accountability skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with a variety of members of staff

Desirable
- Experience in health care administration
- Proficiency in iPM
- Problem solving skills
- Redesign and continual improvement skills
