Cahoots is looking for highly organised, experienced and caring professionals with a passion for delivering great experiences for people who face exceptional challenges.

Facilitators have experience working with people living with disabilities and shares Cahoots aspiration to provide awesome participant experiences, ensuring their needs are met, their goals are considered and volunteers are engaging appropriately.

The Facilitator is an experienced leader, used to managing groups of people, dealing with challenging situations and displays good decision making skills.

Facilitators run our activities on-site which includes:

- Facilitating overnight camps and day programs to the highest quality adhering to all Cahoots policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitating activities on camps and day programs, ensuring exceptional experiences for all participants, their needs and goals are considered, and staff and volunteer leaders are engaging appropriately.
- Providing a high level of personal care of participants including, but not limited to toileting and showering.
- Provide friendly, professional and high quality customer service to parents/guardians and other stakeholders, ensuring Cahoots’ brand is maintained at the highest level
- Coordinates support staff and volunteer leaders during service delivery, creating exceptional experiences through providing leadership, guidance, feedback, and support.
- Prioritise participants’ safety, safeguarding, personal needs and goals when delivering all activities.
- Administer and record medication for all participants according to the Cahoots Medication _form_ requirements inc. duel signing and witnessing.
- Completion of university and other student placement booklets for volunteer leaders whilst on services.
