  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions and create detailed process documentation.
  • Develop and improve processes based on gathered insights.
  • Assist in the configuration and optimization of the ERP system.
  • Programmatic updates to systems based on business changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP integration.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems, product configurations, and CRM systems is highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
