The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Scrum Master to join the Sales Tool Project Team on a 24-month fixed term. This role will play a crucial part in navigating the complexities of implementing the Sales Tool, ensuring unprecedented efficiency and consistency in customer interactions, enhance our competitive edge and foster significant business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading one of PACCAR Australia's Agile project teams by facilitating the Agile methodology. This involves managing sprints, clearing impediments, and ensuring that the team collaborates effectively to meet project goals. As a coach, you will empower and inspire the teams to maintain the pace and focus needed to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure Agile practices are adhered to and foster a culture of self-organisation among team members
  • Identify and remove impediments that interfere with maintaining smooth workflow
  • Communicate and synchronise team progress with the leading Scrum Team

  • Coach teams in Agile practices and supporting enhancement of skills and capabilities
  • Coordinate overlapping tasks and dependencies with other teams
  • Work with the team to continuously improve Agile practices and processes

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering or Business with at least two years' experience of Agile principles (Scrum methodology)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strong business knowledge/background
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
  • Strong data management skills, advanced MS Office and relevant computer software skills
  • Proven project management experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, coupled with experience in QA and Systems Testing, is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau desirable

We estimate the annual salary to be approximately $120,000 - $150,000 AUD based on industry standards and the complexity of the role.
