**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this exciting 6 month contract, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You will have the chance to develop your organisational skills and use them in a variety of tasks such as data entry, filing and other general office duties. Additionally, you will be interacting with colleagues and customers on a daily basis, allowing you to build relationships with key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in administration while developing their professional skillset.

**Please note this is a part time position - you will be required to work on-site Tuesday - Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.**

**DUTIES**
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings across the organisation.
- Oversees management of catering and event requirements for the examination centre.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new materials with attention to budget requirements.
- Supports the social club to coordinate team events such as corporate fundraising initiatives.
- Main reception duties such as managing incoming phone calls and face-to-face customer service.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in customer service or reception
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working for an education provider or membership organisation advantageous but not essential
