**About the role**
Our client is on the look out for two passionate, determined and energetic Receptionists to be the face of their business Our client takes immense care of their employees, ensuring to provide opportunities and growth. The ideal individual will be immaculately presented, well articulated and should be able to build rapport with ease. You will have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide a high level of customer care. **Responsibilities**
As the face of the office you will provide a high level of customer service and quality administrative assistance as necessary. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Meeting clients, members and visitors
- Assisting with on-boarding new staff
- Facilities management
- Assisting with marketing material and activities as necessary
- Assisting and coordinating events
- Processing of incoming and outgoing daily mail
- Set up of rooms for meetings and functions
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
**Skills / Experience**
You will have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service, as well as:
- Experience in a Customer Service based role
- Flexible approach to work
- Experienced in MS office suite, Outlook & internet
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
