**About the role at Automic Group**

As a Customer Success Associate, you will join our young, dynamic and experienced Customer Success team, sharing in our success as we redefine the registry experience and create a truly unique and enviable customer success experience.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions

**Strengths**
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
