**Service Coordinator - NDIS Allied Health Services**

**Location**: Robina Clinic
**Position**: Full-time

**About Us**:
At Therapy Partners, we are a leading allied health provider specialising in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Behaviour Support services within the NDIS framework. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and we’re looking for a bubbly, energetic Service Coordinator to join our vibrant admin team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Intake**: Manage client referrals and initial intake processes.
- **Service Agreements**: Processing service agreements and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Support our relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, and other stakeholders.
- **Referral Allocation**: Efficiently allocate referrals to therapists based on availability and expertise.
- **Business Development**: Make new business calls to foster relationships and expand our services.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and records.
- **NDIS Knowledge**: Stay informed on current NDIS legislation and guidelines.
- **Invoicing & Accounts**: Assist with invoicing and accounts management when required; previous experience preferred.
- **Reporting & Quality Assurance**: Edit reports and ensure quality assurance in documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional service.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in the NDIS space is preferred but not essential.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail is a must.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Cliniko software is preferred.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
