The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time 2IC to join our team at our Robina medical centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our doctors and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including welcoming them into the centre, collecting and entering patient details, and answering telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and performing general administrative duties.
  • Support our doctors and medical staff with day-to-day operations, including preparing patient files, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Foster professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Requirements
  • Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and respectful experience for patients.
  • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
