Position Overview:
As a Radiology Receptionist at WiSE Specialist Emergency Clinic, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Previous experience in an imaging clinic is essential, as you'll ensure the smooth operation of our radiology services by efficiently managing appointments, facilitating patient check-ins, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors, embodying our patient-centred approach.
- Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient flow with our dedicated team of radiology technicians and physicians.
- Address inquiries promptly and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our reception area.
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately, adhering to established protocols.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, **preferably in a previous imaging clinic**, is essential.
- Proficiency in computerized scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, part-time, and casual positions available with flexible working hours; practice is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 38 per week
Schedule:
