At Ally Fashion, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service, monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure stock availability, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.

We're looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, and strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

As a Store Manager at Ally Fashion, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fun work environment where fashion rules, and be part of the giving-back culture to support several local charities and organisations on a community level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure stock availability
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff
  • Managing the store's budget, including expenses and payroll

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
