Due to growth within the company, our client requires a Customer Relations Coordinator. Established for over 30 years, our client is an award-winning builder, who designs innovative and affordable quality homes.
**About You**:
- Strong focus on providing client service excellence
- Ability to build strong relationships with our valued clients
- Strong administrative skills and be solution focused
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Experience within the residential building industry is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of residential building
- Outstanding interpersonal and communicational skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient and professional customer service
- Update clients on the build journey from initial design to completion
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of all documentation and ensure project progresses on time
- Liaise with internal departments to stay informed at all times
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Mentoring, training, and upskilling will be available to further enhance your existing skills.
