Accounts Receivable Administrator

**Your new opportunity**:
We need an experienced Administrator in our Finance team to complete all accounts receivable duties in a timely and efficient manner with minimum supervision.

In this role you will:

- Download and distribute daily bank statements
- Prepare and allocate payments
- Cash allocation of all customer payments, EFT and Eftpos
- Process accounts receivable journals and manual adjustments as required
- Prepare credit evaluations for new account customers
- Conduct credit assessment reviews
- Set up New Accounts in system
- Maintain and reconcile Cash Sale Debtor Accounts
- General office administration and support to the broader Finance team as required

**About you**:

- Proven work experience in accounts receivable or an equivalent Administration Role
- Proficiency in MS Office in particular spreadsheets and proprietary software
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- A team player with demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to manage and organise own time
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
