Your new opportunity:


We need an experienced Administrator in our Finance team to complete all accounts receivable duties in a timely and efficient manner with minimum supervision.


In this role you will:

  • Download and distribute daily bank statements
  • Prepare and allocate payments
  • Cash allocation of all customer payments, EFT and Eftpos
  • Process accounts receivable journals and manual adjustments as required
  • Prepare credit evaluations for new account customers
  • Conduct credit assessment reviews
  • Set up New Accounts in system
  • Maintain and reconcile Cash Sale Debtor Accounts
  • General office administration and support to the broader Finance team as required

About you:

  • Proven work experience in accounts receivable or an equivalent Administration Role
  • Proficiency in MS Office in particular spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • A team player with demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team with a cando attitude
  • Willingness to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage and organise own time
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
