**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Mental Health Worker, you will:

- Conduct client assessments & therapy from paediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently
- Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
- Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
- Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.

**Key Requirements**:
To be successful in the role, you will need:

- Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership (AASW)
- Professional liability/Public indemnity insurance
- Demonstrated ability to work as a sole practitioner whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clinical teams
- Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate a high standard of ethical practice
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
- Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
- Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
