**What we do**

**About this role**
Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Marketing ANZ, you will bring your combined B2B sales experience along with exceptional abilities to contact and convert warm and self-generated leads into successful deals. Ideally you will bring experience in selling a SaaS product (even better would be knowledge of a HR, payroll, rostering or time & attendance platform), allowing you seamlessly integrate into our business and quickly gain wins through your product knowledge.

You will benefit from the support and efforts of our highly effective and innovative digital marketing team who create and manage campaigns to generate leads along with our high-energy and super-organised inside sales/admin team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Manage an extensive list of warm leads through to successful sales conversion
- Identify new target clients and manage the life cycle, pursuing through to successful sales
- Manage new and existing clients to increase direct sales
- Prepare sales proposals within scoping and pricing protocols to achieve high margin sales
- Conduct client demonstrations as part of the sales process
- Promote and sell to target markets (mid-market to enterprise)
- Effectively utilise client facing sales and B2B selling prowess
- Leverage and grow extensive business networks
- Consultative sales approach
- Achieve realistic and achievable sales targets

**About you**

Our next Sales superstar and professional, will ideally have the following:

- 5-8 years' experience in a corporate B2B sales role
- Sales experience and knowledge of a SaaS platform in the HR, recruitment, rostering, payroll or time & attendance offering
- Exposure to converting and winning clients in the mid-market to enterprise level
- Consultative selling skills
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Exceptionally professional communication skills, both written and verbal
