**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct sales and new business, as well as nurturing existing client accounts. This role will play an integral part in driving ambitious growth plans in the ANZ region.

The primary focus will be to deliver sales across existing products and channels, as well as being responsible for customer success, understanding how Global Sports can provide greater value to its clients and provide excellent customer service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build, maintain, and manage a healthy qualified opportunity pipeline through process analysis, insights, relationship building, educating, and meeting client needs with our portfolio of digital advertising and talent solutions;
- Manage an opportunity through the full sales process, from initial lead generation or follow-up, through to qualification, proposal, and eventual closure;
- Deliver an annual revenue and gross profit margin target in line with the overall Sales team targets;
- Ensure the services and solutions sold are of the highest quality and in line with what the Global Sports ANZ delivery teams can deliver;
- Produce high-quality proposal documents and present to clients a value proposition in an effective and inspiring manner;
- Maintain data quality and leverage reporting tools in Hubspot to provide an accurate perspective of current pipeline and overall activity levels;
- Professionally conduct the full range of business development activities to support your objectives from telephone and desk research, to networking at events and face-to-face meetings.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a strong proven sales experience, ideally within the sports or media sectors;
- Experience cultivating and enhancing strong relationships with people (colleagues, clients, and customers);
- Demonstrable experience in retaining and growing revenue through providing successful ROI to clients;
- Experience with digital CRM tools and approaches to manage, improve and optimise customer management processes;
- Be a hard-working and self-motivated individual with the ability to work off your own initiative and a strong desire to achieve;
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail;
- Knowledge of the international sports environment is beneficial.
