**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a Sales Manager, ANZ to be part of Sales Team of Bruker X-ray systems (XRD, SCD, XRF & XRM) in Australia, New Zealand, achieve the bookings budget, and meet individual targets, including but not limited to:

- Directly manage business opportunities for Australian customers.
- Cooperate with and grow local channel partners to increase our market coverage.
- Develop key accounts locally and globally, as assigned.
- Exposure to Mining Segment in Australia will be an added advantage.
- Advocate for customer success across all aspects of regional and divisional management.

**Essential Functions**
- Develop and manage business opportunities.
- Visit customers and channel partners to promote our X-ray products.
- Deal with customers and close their opportunities for new order bookings.
- Support related pre-sales and post-sales initiatives and processes.
- Develop our customer success and key account objectives.
- Provide updates to the regional sales manager on the situation in this territory.
- Maintain our CRM (SFDC) in a timely and thorough manner.

Qualifications:
To be successful for this position, you will possess:

- Minimum Graduation Degree in Science or Engineering, preferrences for Master Degree or PhD in Physics/Chemistry or Material Science.
- 5-8 years of proven growth experience of technical sales in Australia
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with the scientific and engineering community.
- Experience planning strategy, go-to-market planning, and direct and indirect channel management.
- English (verbal, reading and writing)
- Valid driving license
