Our new State Sales Assistant (SSA) will provide seamless support to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and greater Off Premise team. Additional to support the Off Premise team the SSA will play a 360-support role servicing all departments within the QLD office. The SSA should ensure the State office environment is productive and efficient. The role is required to collate and analyse data, analyse claims, produce reports and generate and follow up sales leads (through telesales) and opportunities working closely with the Off Premise sales team.
**OFFICE MANAGEMENT**
- Coordinate day-to-day management and administration of State office including incoming calls and visitors, office environment, stock control, incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries & couriers.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the state warehouse with POS & Stock incoming and outgoing.
- Support the Reception aspect of the office in relation to the management of customer services, stationery and business card ordering, cleaning, document storage, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Provide seamless administrative support including sales claims to RSM and manage the State Field Sales Fleet enquiries.
- Manage the Administration budget in relation to Office services and submit invoices for payment via online system. Act as the OH&S rep for the state.
- Co-ordination and management of state calendar, inclusive of planning meetings, etc.
**SALES SUPPORT**
- Gather and collate data from customers for internal weekly stock on hand reporting and assist broader State Leadership Team with induction of new starters to the business.
- Telesales - Conduct weekly telephone sales calls (approx. 4 hours per week) to assist with local and regional opportunities and tactical blitzes.
- Support where required on arranging total field sales team logistics of travel & accommodation requirements and support the State when required (compliance executions and merchandising of stores).
**REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT SUPPORT**
- Assist RSM to coordinate meetings, including minute taking and follow up documentation. Analyse Customer Claims and ensure claimed invoices are in line with Red Bull terms prior to RSM approval.
- Data Mining; use multiple data sources to produce weekly reports to support leaders.
- Support function for planning meeting preparation, coordinate recruitment and organisation of the day to reports/ presentation building etc.
**PROJECT/EVENT MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT**
- Provide support where required for State events, such as end of year celebrations, management training conferences, etc.
- Ensure events run to budget and outcomes are measured and analysed
**KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES**
- Due Diligence in Claim processing in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customers are paid on time.
- Ability to successfully manage the overall administration & organisation of the State Office.
- Maintain a well delivered portfolio of office services to all staff.
- Ensure all event and conferences run smoothly and within budget.
- Ensure special projects are achieved to set standards.
- Use of initiative to support all Queensland Leadership members on SSA inclusive tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ Years administration experience, working with cross-functional conflicting priorities
- Telesales & merchandising experience preferred, not essential
- FMCG experience preferred, but not essential
