**About the role**:
Join us on the sweet side We’re searching for a dynamic State Territory Manager to lead, inspire, and bring out the best in our talented team of Merchandisers. You’ll be taking charge of Brisbane and the surrounding areas, making sure Lindt is a stand out brand in all the major shopping centres and independent stores.
In this role, you’ll be out in the field, coaching your team, meeting with key customers, and ensure Lindt is represented to the highest standard. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our brand looks fantastic and for spotting new ways to grow. Plus, you'll share your insights on sales, competitor activity, and team wins to keep us ahead of the game
**Key responsibilities include**
- Executing Lindt priorities, including upselling to all customers.
- Improving Lindt distribution/range in independent customers, including selling in and implementing Planograms and Lindt deals.
- Building strong relationships with customers in your territory, that delivers mutually beneficial sales results.
**What you’ll bring**:
- A robust background in sales, particularly within the FMCG industry
- Ability to interpret sales data, identify patterns, and analyse market trends to make informed decisions that drive business growth and improve performance
- Confidence to negotiate with stakeholders and use persuasive communication to influence outcomes, ensuring successful partnerships and mutually beneficial agreements
- (It's essential to be physically capable of lifting stock to construct displays and utilise Lindt's premium point-of-sale materials)_
