**Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist - Demo and Inventory**

**Your challenge**:
We have an exciting opening for someone to join our ANZ Integrated Supply Chain team as a **Supply Chain Specialist - Demo and Inventory.** You will play a critical role in facilitating logistics processes, GIT inventory and reverse logistics. You will work closely with 3PL warehouses to ensure the highest inventory integrity and timely processing of orders. You will consistently show strong collaboration with order desk colleagues and internal supply chain stakeholders on all inventory movements and requirements.

**You are responsible for**:

- Proactively troubleshooting issues in with all key logistics providers including Warehouse, Freight Forwarding & Domestic Transportation
- Creating, maintaining, and documenting internal processes and controls
- Ensuring timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, customers, and internal parties and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties
- Working closely with 3PL providers in Australia and NZ
- Coordinating quarterly audit and stock take for Philips warehouses across ANZ
- Manage logistics activities of trade-ins.
- Monitoring and resolving issues related to logistics and reverse logistics.
- Analyzing logistics data and invoices.
- Auditing all logistics invoices and billing files.
- Proactively managing distribution costs.
- Manage Demo equipment pool.
- ** This will be on Onsite Role (Monday to Friday)**

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**:

- Degree-level education in logistics or equivalent field
- 2 - 3 years’ working experience in logistics or imports and exports, preferably within medical or FMCG industries.
- Accustomed to effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking in a project-driven and fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be solutions-focused, creative, innovative with a high level of organizational and planning skills.
- Must possess strong Excel skills and MS Office software.
- The ability to critically think through the multiple-step process and follow up on details.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to travel occasionally as required.
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP software preferred but not required.
- Be a results-oriented and highly analytical individual
