**Position: Supply Chain Solutions Specialist**

**Location: Sydney**

**Duration: 6-Month Contract**

**Compensation: $550 per day (inclusive of super)**

We are currently in partnership with a prestigious organization, actively seeking a skilled Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to join their dynamic team in Sydney. This pivotal role is dedicated to supporting accelerated growth and overseeing the efficient fulfillment of materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Centralized Coordination**: Skillfully manage centralized coordination for material order fulfillment and assurance activities, ensuring the punctual delivery and availability of materials.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, field operations, and program delivery, to align supply chain activities and monitor logistics for optimal operations.
- **Material Replenishment**: Maintain equilibrium between material replenishments, material requests, and inventory at delivery partners, focusing on reducing costs and elevating service levels.
- **Cost-Effective Solutions**: Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, overseeing internal orders placed by various teams within the organization.
- **Process Improvement**: Proactively identify, initiate, and manage small projects to drive initiatives in process improvement within the supply chain.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Possess extensive experience and knowledge in Supply Chain, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory management.
- **Analytical Prowess**: Demonstrate high-level analytical skills with a solid understanding of business process analysis and development.
- **Communication Expertise**: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
- **Education**: Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Oracle E-Business Suite**: Showcase proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- **CRM Modules**: Display an understanding of CRM modules, such as Salesforce.
- **MS Office**: Utilize hands-on experience in using the MS Office Suite.
