**Job description - Graduate Program Supply Chain**
If you want to understand how global freight businesses operate - this is the perfect graduate program supply chain role for you. In this supply chain graduate role, you will directly report to the Exports Perishable Manager and deep dive into the exports department.

You can expect hands-on training from day one and hone your skills in supply chain and logistics.

**Key responsibilities - Graduate Program Supply Chain**
This graduate program supply chain role in Sydney will start in the Perishable Airfreight Export department and include the following tasks but not be limited to:

- Customer interaction
- Carrier interaction
- Warehouse interaction
- Documentation preparation - compliance, customs, cargo etc.
- Coordination with transport providers

There may be an opportunity in the future to move into other departments:

- General Airfreight export
- Warehouse operations
- Perishable Seafreight Export
- Perishable & General Airfreight & Seafreight import
- eCommerce

**Job requirements - Graduate Program Supply Chain**
- Any previous work experience
- Real interest in developing a career in operations, especially in the freight industry
- Comfortable with numbers & data - analytical mindset
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player & positive person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Great organizational & project management skills
