**The Opportunity**:
Are you ready to take on a rewarding role and contribute to something bigger? At Junction, we believe in equipping and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As our new Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play an integral role in making a significant impact on the personal and professional growth of our dedicated Children and Youth Services (CYS) workforce.

Your new role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating the educational needs of our CYS workforce, developing effective training materials, and facilitating training using various mediums. You will also collaborate with relevant managers to develop and deliver specific training packages that meet contractual and mandatory compliance. With your expertise in contemporary training methods and adult learning principles, you will research and report on professional development opportunities, continuously improve our program design and delivery, and manage learning resources that promote learning. Additionally, you will strategically plan for future workforce development requirements to accommodate anticipated workforce needs and establish partnerships with external providers for specialised training.

Your ability to effectively communicate, prioritise workload, and work collaboratively will be essential in this role coupled with having qualifications in training and education or possessing significant relevant experience. You will have demonstrated coordination skills in professional development and training facilitation, and your ability to effectively communicate, prioritise workload, and work collaboratively will be a vital part of performing your new role.

We are seeking a highly driven person who:

- Has demonstrated experience in the coordination of professional development, facilitation, delivery and evaluation of training in a medium size organisation
- Possesses sound communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Has a demonstrated understanding of training solutions using a variety of delivery methods and technologies
- Possess highly developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work independently
- Holds a Diploma in Training & Education or significant relevant experience

**You Will Need To**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a General Probity Employment Screening
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Safe Environments Certificate
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s license and be willing to drive
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
