**Training and Development Coordinator - Call Centre**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic call centre team at BGIS. As the Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our officers receive the training they need to excel in their roles and provide top-notch service to our customers.

This role is based in **Adelaide, SA**

**Responsibilities**:

- To facilitate all training in conjunction with the Training and Development manager.
- Undertake monthly side by side training and coaching with all members of the operations centre.
- Participate in new starter training at the direction of the training & development manager, including training sign off and competency testing.
- Undertake training needs analysis as required for underperforming agents.
- Complete 6 monthly skills matrix and training analysis.
- Complete quality and productivity reporting as required.
- Drive continued improvement in our overall customer satisfaction with our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in coaching and training team members.
- Experience in completing and delivering training needs analysis.
- Experience in Delivering Training in both face to face and web-based situations.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite.
- Strong demonstrated ability in delivering training in a clear and concise format.
- Strong demonstrated approach of being supportive and patient when dealing with people.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well - organised and methodical manner.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
- Familiarity with call centre software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and data.
- Empathy and patience to work with a diverse group of agents and address their learning needs.
