Our Powered Evolution team, help our clients to continually evolve and optimise their functional transformation, helping them to maximise the return on investment in their cloud solution. We are a rapidly expanding team seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Powered Evolution team.

**Your new opportunity**

A Client Success Manager is responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with the client, once they have transitioned to Powered Evolution. You will be experienced in building strong client relationships; with the intent to help support the business in achieving their transformation goals once they have transitioned to a steady state. Additionally, you will:

- Manage and lead a team (onshore and offshore) in the delivery of client outcomes relating to incidents, service requests and ongoing software vendor updates.
- Drive growth and renewals for your portfolio of clients.
- Lead the client through transition from implementation project, through to BAU / managed services.
- Act as the single point of contact for service management governance, planning, financial review, forecasting, and weekly/monthly status reporting.
- Develop an understanding of the clients’ issues/pain points/future vision, to identify where there may be opportunities to support them in their ongoing transformation.
- Act as the first line of escalation for the client.
- Manage the financials across a portfolio of clients.
- Work as a trusted advisor to Powered Evolution and Managed Services Leadership

- A strong understanding of Service Delivery mechanisms and commercials.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Client Success Manager, or similar role, in the Service Management / Technology space.
- Experience in managing pursuits or implementing for cloud solutions, such as Workday, Dynamics F&O / CE, Oracle, SAP would be seen favorably.
- Workday experience / certifications preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated client service excellence and excel at managing client expectations and escalations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with technology managed services preferred but not mandatory.
