About the Role:
As the Workday System Analyst, you will be responsible for Workday system configuration, administration, and the systems integrations. You will develop processes, system improvements, standard operating procedures, logs, and materials to support system administration & develop training content. You will also be responsible for partnering with external vendors to ensure Workday business requirements are achieved.

How you will make an impact:
As Workday Systems Analyst, the key responsibilities are as follows:

- Support the business and P&C teams with general use of workday and related platforms.
- Perform Workday functional and technical system activities - business process configuration; security fundamentals, calculated fields, report writer, integrations, EIBs and Workday Studio (preferable).
- Expertise in the full range of Workday proprietary tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, Workday Studio, and Business Process Configuration)
- Keep and document system and process improvements from personal insight or feedback from users.
- Work with various stakeholders to continue developing the Workday platform to leverage new opportunities and delivery and business objectives.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Diagnose and resolve user problems and educate users on resolutions promptly.
- Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate those to a technical solution
- Support cyclical processes such as Salary Review, Bonus payments, succession planning.
- Support integration processes relating to the Workday platform.

About You:

- 4+ years’ experience with Workday.
- Strong configuration experience with the Workday platform.
- Experience in building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations.
- Workday certification for HCM and other modules preferable
- Knowledge of other workday modules (Learning, Compensation, Talent, Absence etc.).
- Knowledge of IPaaS (e.g., Boomi) preferable
- Ability to act as a strong team player.
- Exposure to fast-moving, dynamic environments.
