We are seeking a skilled Workday Tester based in Sydney location. As a Workday Tester, you will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of Workday software implementations for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Analyse & Test Workday HR modules
- Create Test Plans for each phase of testing detailing tenant setup, data prep, data validation, roles & responsibilities, smoke testing, unit testing, parallel testing, test execution, dress rehearsals, entry/exit criteria, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating and testing of different phases including Smoke Testing, Progression, Regression and PVT
- Prioritize and sequence test scenarios with support from SMEs and Test Manager
- Train junior members in team to workday modules and functionalities and provide appropriate guidance for issue resolution.
- Provide overall testing metrics/report for each testing phase.
- Ensure project has appropriate regression test plans for Workday Releases while in implementation.
- Report weekly statistics of testing progress with the help of Test Manager
- Provide updates on daily stand-ups to xteam on progress and bottlenecks if any.
- Work with Test Manager, such as issue prioritization, data analysis, and project support
- Understanding of testing tools, unit testing, integration test scripting, manual and automated regression testing, and testing methodologies
- Develop process to validate test results, log defects, and retest as needed to bring to successful completion.
- Well versed with Test processes and productivity tools such as Jira, qTest, confluence etc
