Sales Consultant - Health Insurance

Join our high-performing Health Insurance team as a **Comparison Expert**. Curate top deals, drive sales, and offer advice on bill comparisons in Australia. With comprehensive training, selling tools and techniques, we blend customer needs with sales success. This rewarding role demands dedication to mastering diverse insurance products, resilience, ability to thrive in repetitive work, and a relentless drive for success.

**To be successful in the role**:

- Available to start January 20th
- Call centre, phone-based sales, or insurance experience (desirable)
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Driven to exceed KPIs
- Resilient and skilled in handling high-volume outbound sales calls
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Quick to learn complex systems
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Team-oriented and highly collaborative
- Available for CBD office work, Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm (rotating roster)
