We’re looking for a sharp, hungry and switched-on Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at e-Pocket.
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to leads (individuals & businesses) and convert them into active remittance clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**You’ll identify** and prospect potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, online research, and networking.
**You’ll educate** leads about our remittance services, highlighting the benefits, competitive advantages, and unique features of our company.
**You’ll effectively handle objections** and address any concerns or queries raised by leads to build trust and credibility.
**You’ll collaborate** with the marketing team to optimise customer experience and ensure seamless onboarding and transaction processes.
**You’ll achieve individual sales targets** and contribute to overall team goals.

**You’re self-motivated**, confident, energetic and creative;
**You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, and the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers;
**You have proven experience** in sales, preferably in the financial services or remittance industry;
**You have a proven track record** of achieving sales targets and revenue growth;
**You’re results driven**.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay:
