- **Part time - 25 hrs / week**

**About the role**The Customer Relations Officer will make outbound telephone calls which result in booking appointments with prospective clients who benefit from a free hearing check at one of Amplifon's clinics around Australia. This role is key to success in generating business for Amplifon through the appointments they book.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the team members in various related tasks as needed, while also being able to work independently to meet individual responsibilities and deadlines.
- Multitasking: Successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Liaison with Legal Entities: Collaborate with lawyers, defense teams, and outside third parties to gather, analyse, and present relevant data for legal matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
- Confidentiality and Security: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, always adhering to confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.
Data Entry: Assist in entering and organizing data into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Basic Formulas and Functions: Utilize simple formulas and functions in Excel to perform calculations and data manipulation.
- Data Accuracy: Exercise meticulous attention to detail in data entry, verification, and validation processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Cross-check and verify data accuracy to maintain a high level of data integrity.
- Learning and Development: Actively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance skills and proficiency.

**About you**
- Experience working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment or target based sales environment
- Great telephone skills & customer service orientation
- Experience working in an environment with KPI's
- Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve targets under pressure
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Goal orientated and able to work towards future objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Liase with stake holders and outside third parties
- Adaptable to changing priorities
