**The Roles**

Haddenham Healthcare is a Melbourne-based supplier of high-quality healthcare products. They are a seeking a number of full-time Customer Service Officers to liaise with their customers and process orders in an efficient and timely manner. The customers, who are predominantly healthcare professionals and their patients, need to be treated with a high level of respect and courtesy.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer queries
- Receiving and actioning customer sales requests
- Entering orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Checking and actioning orders awaiting payment
- Checking and communicating factory status of orders
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Assisting the pick and pack team from time to time

**About You**

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your passion for customer service, display strong attention to detail, effective problem solving and solid organisation skills. You will be a team player, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to assist others. You will also show compassion and care and the ability to go above and beyond for the customer.

You are also proficient in MS office and have a learning mindset to be able to pick up new processes and systems.
