Account Executive - Workers' Compensation

An opportunity exists for a workers’ compensation professional to join our Workplace Risk Practice in the Melbourne office. The Workplace Risk Practice is the leading provider of strategic workplace risk services to Australia’s Top 500 companies.
Reporting to the Victorian State Manager (Workplace Risk), the primary focus of this role will be to provide hands-on injury management and workers’ compensation advice to support our clients’ workplace risk programs.

**The Role**
- Providing Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clients
- Provide our clients strategic advice in claims and injury management, policy and premium management
- Support the Insurance Brokers as a technical expert in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation
- Engaging our strategic partners to deliver value to our clients
- Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects and developing team members’ knowledge and skills
- Assisting with data analysis on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends

**The Requirements**
- Experience working for an occupational rehabilitation provider, employer or workers’ compensation agent/insurer
- Previous exposure to Victorian or National Compensation arrangements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure
- A team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust
- A qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experience
