**The Role**
Centacare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is at an exciting phase of developing its suite of educational and training opportunities for South Australia’s social and community services sectors. With a focus on lived experience and trauma-informed training, our dynamic, diverse and hard-working team authentically supports our learners and aims to impact future service delivery through educational outcomes.
The RTO Administration and Compliance Coordinator will work with the Executive Manager, the RTO Manager and Educators to provide an exceptional level of service to key stakeholders and learners. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met to support the high level functioning of the RTO. Maintaining high levels of quality assurance and confidentiality is central the role. They will have or develop a deep understanding of student and learning management systems, inclusive of supporting or transitioning to a new LMS/SMS.

**What you need to bring**
**Essential**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a broad range of administrative duties
- Excellent attention to detail and high quality of work
- Friendly approach and a can-do attitude
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Publisher etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to work to deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a multi-faceted team environment
**Desirable**
- Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation in a similar role
- Advanced skills and experience using student management systems
- Experience in extracting reports from data systems such as STELA and aXcelerate
- Certificate IV in Business Administration
- Training & Assessment Qualification
- E-learning software knowledge
