2. Financial Management and Budgeting
- **Budget Oversight**: Develop, manage, and monitor the college’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency. This includes overseeing expenses related to staff, facilities, and equipment.
- **Cost Control**: Implement cost-control measures to ensure that the college operates within its financial means without compromising on the quality of education or services provided.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management or the board of directors, providing insights into the financial health of the college.
