- **Cost Control**: Implement cost-control measures to ensure that the college operates within its financial means without compromising on the quality of education or services provided.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management or the board of directors, providing insights into the financial health of the college.
- **Revenue Generation**: Develop strategies to increase student enrollment and retention, thereby boosting the college's revenue. This could include marketing efforts, partnerships, and new course offerings.
3. Human Resource Management
