**Role**: ELICOS Teacher

**Compensation**:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**In this role, you will**:

- Deliver engaging face-to-face ELICOS instruction and support to our international student community.
- Conduct classes at our centrally located Brisbane CBD campus, facilitating interactive learning experiences.
- Assess and monitor student progress, ensuring successful course completion and English language proficiency.
- Effectively manage classroom dynamics and individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and daily class activities.
- Promptly evaluate and provide feedback on student assignments for efficient learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of curricula and learning and assessment resources
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer collaboration, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A recognised degree and TESOL qualification OR
- A recognised degree in Education with a TESOL component
- A valid Working With Children Check
- IELTS and Cambridge test preparation experience is desirable
- Work rights in Australia.
- A passion for education and a strong desire to motivate and inspire others
- Demonstrated experience of teaching EAP and/or General English
- Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills
