**People and Culture Coordinator** to support the team.

This permanent role, based in Brisbane, will be tasked with providing various levels of administrative support across the Talent Acquisition and People and Culture Teams.

**On a day to day basis you will**:

- Assist in the contract development and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintenance and management of the HRIS system (Oracle), uploading documentation and reporting on key HR metrics.
- Preparing documentation and managing the full employee life cycle (contract generation, variations, personal documentation, employee terminations)
- Supporting and coordinating the onboarding experience for new employees
- Collating various statistics and people reports
- Employee termination management including conducting exit interviews
- Management of general queries and assisting with employee engagement programs
- Supporting the Talent and P&C team in the development and execution of projects
- Assist with developing communication material for initiatives and programs and interacting with numerous stakeholders within and external to our business

**Other skills and experience include;**
- Previous administration experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or Business Administration advantageous
- Self-motivation, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of our People administration tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and solid relationships
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and driven to provide exceptional customer service
- A good sense of humour - we like to have a laugh
