We have a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor or a People & Culture Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career to join our team. Based in Brisbane CBD, you will provide generalist HR support and guidance to your key stakeholders and client group located across Qld & NT. We are looking for someone with a true passion for all things HR, the drive to grow & develop and for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You will work across the full employee life cycle of Human Resources with a strong focus on recruitment. Reporting into the People & Culture Manager you will also demonstrate:

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Hard working, punctual and reliable
- High level communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety compliance
- Ability to build effective relationships.
