**Your role will involve**:

- Working collaboratively with your team to conduct activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers by negotiation, customer focus and education
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker products to meet our customers’ needs through product knowledge and quick thinking
- Work towards customer education KPI's & targets, driving better business outcomes.
- Potentially have a background of sales success in the pharmaceutical or a non-related industry, however this is not essential.
- Successful track record of high sales performance and achievements
- Strong commercial acumen with a sales-focused mind
- Burning desire to integrate into a high-performing team and love the challenge of the 'thrill of the chase'
